Recensere Associates was re-launched in 2020 by our founder Kate Still. Kate has spent 25 years as a CEO, NED, COO and Executive in Social Purpose Businesses.

She ran Recensere for 13 years as a consultancy, but during the pandemic noticed how many fantastic people were resigning from the corporate world in search of a more meaningful way of living and working. Suddenly having all the people she would love to work with available as consultants has lead to an amazing number of opportunities to collaborate and grow Recensere.

Recognising that those of us that work in change are so often isolated, she decided to bring all the fantastic people she has worked with over the years together, to create an associates business built on kindness, play and excellence. Recensere has in the last 12 months grown rapidly, spinning off a number of new initiatives to support people and organisations achieve their full potential.

Having worked in corporate environments herself she was all too aware how these cultures so often stifle creativity and change. A creative and non linear thinker, Kate wanted to create an environment where other creative strategists could flourish and excel without compromising their autonomy. She also knew many companies were fed up with big brand strategy companies who promise the world and deliver very little. Her mission became to create a boutique strategy, communications and recruitment company she would like to buy from.
