The Housing and Social Care Interim Collective is a group of senior independent professionals in the housing, charity and social care sectors who work as a collective to broker interim work placements and consultancy assignments.
A unique model
Traditional recruitment and consultancy brokerage is an expensive business. For social sector organisations and consultants, this can mean that opportunities can be constrained by unviable costs.
Our interim collective offers low fee and light touch stage fees in opportunities, meaning that a consultancy or interim appointment is more viable for both the organisation and the consultant.
